1. General Information
These terms and conditions apply to all orders placed by customers through the website sixtyseconds.eu [60seconds]. By placing an order, the customer agrees to the terms outlined below.
2. Products
All products sold by 60seconds are vintage clothing, which may show signs of previous use. We make every effort to describe products as accurately as possible, including condition, measurements, and any notable defects. However, due to the nature of vintage items, minor flaws may be present.
3. Pricing and Availability
All prices are listed in € (Euro) and include applicable taxes, unless stated otherwise. We reserve the right to modify prices at any time without prior notice. In the event a product is listed at an incorrect price due to a typographical error or an error in pricing information, we reserve the right to refuse or cancel any orders placed for products listed at the incorrect price.
4. Payment
Payment must be completed before the order is processed and shipped. We accept payments through various methods, including credit cards, PayPal, and other options available at checkout. By providing payment information, the customer authorizes 60seconds to charge the indicated amount.
5. Order Processing
Orders are typically processed within 1-2 business days. Once processed, customers will receive an order confirmation via email. We reserve the right to cancel orders for any reason, including but not limited to unavailability of products or issues with payment authorization.
6. Shipping and Delivery
We offer international shipping to various locations. Shipping costs are calculated at checkout based on the delivery destination and the size and weight of the order. Delivery times vary depending on the destination country. Please note that delays may occur due to customs or unforeseen circumstances beyond our control.
7. Customs and Import Duties
International shipments may be subject to customs fees, import duties, and taxes imposed by the destination country. The recipient is responsible for paying any such charges. 60seconds is not responsible for delays caused by customs clearance procedures.
8. Returns and Refunds
Customers must request a return within 14 days of receiving the product. Products must be returned in their original condition, unworn, and with any sixtyseconds-tags still attached. Refunds will only be processed once the returned item has been received and inspected.
9. Return Process
To initiate a return, customers must contact us at returns@sixtyseconds.eu to obtain a return authorization. Unauthorized returns will not be accepted. The customer is responsible for return shipping costs, unless the item was damaged or incorrect.
10. Liability
sixtyseconds.eu [60seconds] is not liable for any damages that may occur as a result of using our products. While we ensure that all items are in wearable condition, vintage clothing may require special care, and we are not responsible for any damage caused by improper handling or cleaning.
11. Limitation of Liability
Our liability for any claim related to the purchase of our products is limited to the amount paid by the customer for the product. We shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages of any kind.
12. Intellectual Property
All trademarks and brand names are the property of their respective owners. 60seconds is not affiliated with or endorsed by any of the brands listed. Unauthorized use of any content is strictly prohibited.
13. Governing Law
These terms and conditions are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of Portugal.
14. Amendments
sixtyseconds.eu [60seconds] reserves the right to modify these terms and conditions at any time. Customers will be notified of any significant changes via email or a notice on our website. Continued use of our website following any changes implies acceptance of the revised terms.
